Sweet Toronto Engagement Session from Photography By Kat

I hope you enjoyed all the gorgeous love stories we featured this week on LWB. I just love how each couple has their own special story and this sweet pair are no exception. Their sweet engagement session in Toronto Canada proves they only have eyes for each other. And I don’t need to add anything else because Kathryn from Photography by Kat describes this adorable couple perfectly.

From Kathryn: The first thing you’ll notice about Nicki when you meet her is her laugh! It’s not just a giggle or a chuckle, but a FULL ON, THROW YOUR HEAD BACK and YOUR BODY INTO IT laugh. The first thing you’ll notice about Andrew is how much he adores Nicki. At our first meeting he held her hand or rubbed her knee the entire time and stole these adorable glances…and he definitely knows how to bring out her contagious smile and laugh. The second thing you’ll notice about Nicki and Andrew as a couple is HOW MUCH they LOVE kissing each other! I’ve NEVER had to get a couple to stop kissing before: “Uh, okay can you two just touch noses for a little bit!? Great thanks.” Drew proposed to Nicki on May 3, 2011, they had met through an online dating site and had been together for just over two years, but she had no idea that it was going to happen. They got all dressed up to go out for a date night to a restaurant downtown Toronto called Epicure. After dinner Drew brought Nicki to The Black Bull’s patio, where they went on their first date, but it was closed because of a recent fire. Drew, not wanting to ruin his plans with a closed pub, brought Nicki onto the cleared patio and proceeded to tell her how wonderful she is and then got down on one knee and proposed. After Nicki said yes and while they were hugging and kissing a homeless man wandered by and told them to take a hike, a pretty memorable city moment!
